About me

Born in Beijing, Siyang Sun came to the U.S. as a child, where his parents dragged him to places as diverse as North Dakota and Tennessee, before finally settling in suburban Philadelphia. His transient childhood led him to take solace in television, where his passion for comedy was born.  He has since become an accomplished stand-up comedian and show producer.

 

With slaphappy courage and clever writing, Siyang gets audiences laughing in spite of themselves. Combining excessive introspection and clear observation, Siyang takes you on a riotous journey within his head to the world at large.

 

He regularly performs throughout the midwest and has opened for comedians such as Tim Harmston, Dan Cummins, and Ronny Chieng. When Siyang Sun is not doing comedy, you can find him obsessing over all things basketball, anime, and food.
